Boil chicken mince along with salt soaked chana dal ginger garlic onion, cumin and bay leaf add sufficient water. Let it cook for 4 to 5 whistle if water remains Cook it till water evaporates

Separate bay leaf and whole garam masala from keema

Grind it in grinder to a fine paste

Add salt garam masala powder egg ghee and mix well

Now take a skewers add little bit qeema mix roll it around skewer using water in hands. Shallow fry in a nonstick pan turning all sides

Add 2 tspn oil

Cook from all sides.
