Ingredients

  1. Manda strips 12 as your required
  2. Chicken pieces 1cup
  3. 1 tbspGinger and garlic paste
  4. Cabbage 1 fine cutting
  5. Carrots 2 finely sliced
  6. Capsicum 2 finely sliced
  7. 2Egg
  8. 2 tbspHot chilli sauce
  9. 2 tbspSoya sauce
  10. 2 tbspWhite vinegar
  11. Chicken cube flour 2tbsp
  12. 1 teaspoonBlack pepper crushed
  13. 1 tbspSugar
  14. to tasteSalt
  15. Oil for frying
  16. 2 tbspOil

Cooking Instructions

    Boil the chicken pieces and shred them thickly.
    Heat 2 tbsp oil in a wok and lightly fry the ginger and garlic paste. When it starts to give fragrances, add the chicken pieces and fry for another 2 minutes.

    Add capsicums, cabbage, carrot, sugar, salt,black pepper, chicken cubes flour,,chilli sauce, soya sauce, and vinegar.
    Cook for another 3 minutes and take off flame.

    Now take the manda strips one by one,put the prepared mixture on each,roll the strips and then seal the edges with egg.

    Heat oil in a wok and put the Rolls in it one by one.
    Fry till the Rolls get golden,
