Ingredients

  • 8servings
  • 2 cupsflour
  • 2 cupssugar
  • 3/4 cupcocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoonsalt
  • 2 1/2 teaspoonbaking powder or 11/2 baking soda
  • 3eggs
  • 1/2 cupoil
  • 1 cupbuttermilk
  • 1 cuphot boiling coffee
  • 1 teaspoonvanilla extract

    Add all dry ingredients and sift together

  2. 2

    Add wet ingredients to the dry except for how coffee and mix

  3. 3

    Add the hot coffee at the end and mix
