Cheese bomb pizza

To prepare dough take warm water and add yeast and sugar to it. Keep it aside till ferment.

Take maida and add salt, fermentation mixture of yeast and sugar, olive oil and mix it well.

Knead the dough well and keep it aside in an air tight for 2 - 3 hours till it gets double in quantity.

Now make a thick pizza base using chakla belan. Set it in a pizza tray and pirk with fork.

Now take small portion and fill some cheese and make a balls like shape from the same dough and stick it around the pizza base.

Apply pizza sauce all aound, and a lot of mix cheese.

Now add bell peppers, corn, onion and your favourite vegetables. Apply olive oil on the top to make shinny texture of pizza.

Give it rest for next 15 - 20 minutes and bake at 180° C for 25 - 30 minutes. Spread chilli flakes, oregano and ketchup as per taste. Serve hot with coke!
