Ingredients

  1. 2.2 poundspork loin sliced and then cut into 1 cm pieces
  2. 2yellow bell peppers cut to the same size as the meat
  3. Salt and pepper to taste
  4. Bamboo or wooden skewers, soaked
  5. as neededOil
  6. ~~ Tzatziki~~
  7. 1 cuplight Greek yogurt or jocoque
  8. 1 cupcucumber, peeled, seeded, finely grated, and squeezed
  9. 3 tablespoonsfresh mint, cleaned, disinfected, and finely chopped
  10. 2-3 clovesgarlic, pressed
  11. 1 cupfresh dill, cleaned, disinfected, and finely chopped
  12. 3 tablespoonsolive oil
  13. Salt to taste
  14. Juice of 1 lemon, zest a little before juicing, avoiding the white part to prevent bitterness, for garnish

    Season the meat and peppers with salt and pepper, mix with the oil. Remove the skewers from the water and start assembling them, alternating a piece of meat and a piece of pepper, placing about 4 or 5 pieces per skewer.

    Heat a pan, and if desired, add a little more oil, ensuring they are well browned.

  3. 3

    Now let's prepare the tzatziki, mix all the ingredients, and adjust the salt.

  4. 4

    Serve 2 or 3 skewers per person with the tzatziki in a bowl in the center for everyone to serve themselves as they like.

  5. 5
