310 gFlour
16 gunsweetened cocoa
5 gbaking soda
220 gvegetable oil
1 cupmaziwa mala+2tsp of red food colour
5gSalt
113 gunsalted butter/magerine
300 gsugar
5 mlwhite vinegar
5 gvanilla essence (optional)
2eggs

Steps

Preheat ur oven, for jiko oven, light it up 10 min prior baking

Sieve flour+cocoa+baking soda+salt together,set aside,then cream butter+sugar till well combined add egg one by one

Add vegetable oil beat until oil is incorporated into the creamy mixture

Add white vinegar and essence and beat

Mix mala+food colour then add to ur mixture

Now add your sieved dry ingredients, little by little until well mixed in the mixture, put bater into the baking tin, bake for 30 min,
