In microwave safe bowl, melt butter for 10-20 seconds

Add brown sugar and whisk until well combined

Add milk and vanilla extract. Whisk until well combined

Add flour, baking powder and salt.mix well

Add chocolate chips and fold in gently. Reserve 1 tbsp chocolate chips for topping

Drop the cookies on parchment paper placed on microwave safe plate/tray

Using spatula, slightly flatten it. Do not flatten it completely as total flattening will make it harden in microwave, it should be thick at centre

Top cookies with remaining chocolate chip, this gives it beautiful appearance

Microwave on high for 2 min 30 seconds. Keep an eye on cookies from 2nd minute. Depending on the Microwave capacity, cook for 2-3 minutes.

Allow to cool slightly

Microwave Cookies will harden on cooling, it should be consumed immediately, best served warm
