In a bowl add all ingredients together and then mix

Add water to the dry ingredients and mix until soft and floppy then over and set into the sun to let it rise for about 45mints or more

When it rise beat it to remove the air in it and then grease ur cupcake pan or tin and then add the mixture half way through into the tin. Then on the stove and put your steamer and arrange the tin and cook for 20mints and its done.
