Ingredients

four persin
  1. 1 cupsuji (somolina)
  2. 2 tbspbesan(gram flour)
  3. 1/4 tspGinger powder
  4. 1 tspGreen chilli paste
  5. 3 tbspSugar
  6. 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  7. to tasteSalt
  8. 2 tbspLemon juice
  9. 1 tspEno fruit salt
  10. 1/2 cupWater
  11. 1 tspOil
  12. fortadka
  13. 2Green chillies chopped
  14. 1 tspMustard seeds
  15. 2 pinchHing
  16. 2 tbspSugar
  17. 10-15Curry leaves
  18. to tasteSalt
  19. 3/4 cupWater
  20. 1 tbspLemon juice
  21. 2 tbspoil

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl add suji besan sugar lemon juice add water mix it cover it for twenty minutes

    After twenty minute add salt ginger powder green chilli turmeric powder oil mix it

  3. 3

    Add water in cooker let it boil put stand in the cooker grease a baking tin

  4. 4

    Add eno fruit salt in the mixture cook it in the cooker dont use whistle and rubber cook it for twenty minutes

    For tadka put oil in the tadka pan when the hot add mustard seeds green chilli hing curry leaves let it splitter add water lemon juice salt cook for two minute let it cool pour this tadka on dhokla dhokla should be cooled

    I use measuring cups and spoons for measurment.
