Ingredients

  1. 1 cup Semolina
  2. 1 tspginger garlic paste
  3. 1/2 cupcurd
  4. 1 tspSugar
  5. As per tasteSalt
  6. 1 pack Eno
  7. 1 cupwater
  8. For tempering:-
  9. 2 tbspoil
  10. 1 tspMustard Seeds
  11. 8-10Curry leaves

Cooking Instructions

    In a big bowl, take all ingredients except eno and tempering. Make batter.

    Keep it for 10 minutes. Now add eno, and mix it lightly. Otherwise bubbles will destroy, and dhokla won't be fluffy.

    Now pour the batter, in dhokla pan and cook for 20 mins.

  4. 4

    Instant dhokla is ready.
