Ingredients

  1. 3Kachi keri
  2. 2 bowlSugar
  3. 1 tspBlack salt
  4. 1 tspCumin powder
  5. 2 bowlWater

Cooking Instructions

    First we peel kachi keri and remove the seeds in it and pour some water in the cooker and than cooker close and wait for 4 whistles.

    Now take a kadhai and put sugar in it and pour some water in the sugar then pour kachi keri paste in it.

    Now we add black salt and cumin powder in it and mix well now add 4 drops of green food colour and this is ready to serve take a glass and add some ice cubes and pour some water and 5 spoon kachi keri sharbat.
