Ingredients

  • 1 packet Chat puri
  • 5-6boiled potatoes
  • 1/2 tspmustard seeds
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 5green chilli small chopped
  • 7-8curry leaves
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 250 gmcurd
  • 250 gmimli chutney / tamarind dip
  • as neededSome Coriander leaves
  • 1pomegranate

Steps

  1. 1

    Boiled potatoes and cut into small pieces

    Heat oil and put into all spices and potatoes,mash and cook well.

    First poori put into to plate then potatoes then curd & chutney and garnish with pomegranate and coriander leaves
