Ingredients

10 to 15 min
2 to 3 person
  1. Monng daal soaked half cup
  2. 1 tspSalt
  3. Red chilli crushed half tsp
  4. Red chilli powder half tsp
  5. Onion 1 medium size
  6. 3 tbsCoriendar
  7. Zeera powder half tsp
  8. Coriendar powder half tsp
  9. Green chilli chooped half tsp
  10. Oil for frying

Steps

10 to 15 min
  1. 1

    Soaked moong daal for 1 hour. After 1 hour remove excess water of monng daal anh grind.

  2. 2

    In bowl, add grind moong daal, salt, red chilli powder, red chilli crushed, chooped Coriander, chooped onion, coriander powder, zeera powder, green chilli and mix well.

  3. 3

    Heat the oil add pakora mixture one by one in oil. With the help of spoon or your hand. Fry until golden brown. Monng daal pakora is ready.
