Steps

Boil the pasta in plenty of salted water till just cooked or al dente, drain & set aside.

Heat 2 teaspoon olive oil in a pan.

Add chopped onion, ginger, garlic & capsicum cook for 2 minute.

Now add tomato, soya sauce, vinegar, tomato sauce, chilli sauce, red chilli powder and salt.

Add the pasta to the sauce and mix well.

Add a little water if the mixture is to dry.

Add butter for taste. Cook for 2 minute.

Transfer to a serving dish. Enjoy.
