Ingredients

  1. 100 garamPasta
  2. 1Onion chopped
  3. 5 flakesGarlic chopped
  4. 1/2 inch pieceGinger chopped
  5. 2Capsicum sliced
  6. 2 teaspoonChilli sauce
  7. 1 teaspoonTomato sauce
  8. 1 teaspoonSoya sauce
  9. 2 teaspoonVinegar
  10. 2 teaspoonButter
  11. 1/2 teaspoonRed chilli powder
  12. 1Tomato
  13. to tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

    Boil the pasta in plenty of salted water till just cooked or al dente, drain & set aside.

    Heat 2 teaspoon olive oil in a pan.

  3. 3

    Add chopped onion, ginger, garlic & capsicum cook for 2 minute.

  4. 4

    Now add tomato, soya sauce, vinegar, tomato sauce, chilli sauce, red chilli powder and salt.

  5. 5

    Add the pasta to the sauce and mix well.

  6. 6

    Add a little water if the mixture is to dry.

  7. 7

    Add butter for taste. Cook for 2 minute.

  8. 8

    Transfer to a serving dish. Enjoy.
