Ingredients

  • Spinach hand full
  • 3Tomatoes chopped
  • Garlic clove 6
  • Capsicum 2 whole
  • 1Onions chopped
  • Tumeric half a spoon
  • 2 spoonsGhee
  • Salt and pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Clean and chop all the veggies.

  2. 2

    Sauté the onions in ghee and let them cook abit. Add tumeric and stir as it cooks.

  3. 3

    Add the tomatoes, garlic, capsicum and cook for 3 minutes

  4. 4

    Add the spinach leaves and cook for 1 minute.

  5. 5

    Add the seasonings to taste.
