Steps

Chop potatoes and boil, add eggs to boiling water and boil for 12 minutes before removing and allowing to cool down.

Make sauce, add water, stock, fish sauce, flour and milk to pan. Bring to boil. Stir in mustard and cheese. Add parsley and season.

Mash potatoes, I add milk and butter but that’s personal preference. Peel and slice eggs.

Add fish to an oven proof dish, add sauce. Making sure all fish is covered and stir so sauce and fish is evenly distributed. Place sliced eggs on top, forming a layer and top with the mashed potato. Sprinkle with cheese and cook at 200 degrees for 40 minutes.
