Ingredients

20-25 mins
4 servings
  1. 1/2 cup oil
  2. 1 tsp each ginger, garlic paste
  3. 1 cupchopped onions
  4. 1 cupchopped tomatoes
  5. 1 cupgreen peas
  6. 1 cupchopped carrots
  7. 1 cupchopped cauliflower
  8. 4Potatoes (boiled & mashed)
  9. 3 tbspspav bhaji Masala
  10. as per tasteSalt
  11. 1 tbspLemon juice
  12. 4 cubesbutter(To toast the pav & for garnishing
  13. 1/2 cupchopped coriander leave
  14. 8-10Pav

Steps

20-25 mins
  1. 1

    Boil cauliflower, peas, carrots and potatoes.

  2. 2

    Heat the oil in a wok over medium heat. Saute ginger garlic paste & then stir in onions. Cook until onions are brown. Add tomatoes, and cook until mushy. Stir in cauliflower, peas, carrots and potatoes. Mash them properly.

  3. 3

    Season with pav bhaji masala. Cover, and cook for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Season with salt and stir in lemon juice.

  4. 4

    Toast the pav and spread lightly with butter. Serve garnished with chopped onion, coriander leaves & lemon wedges.
