8 cupsflour
1/2 cupSugar
1tspn Salt
2tspn yeast
2 cupwater
1/2 cupchopped scotch bonnet
1/2 cupchopped onion

Add all dry ingredients in a bowl and add water and mix a thick batter, cover and allow to rise for 40mins.

Heat oil in a pan, wash your hands and. deflate the batter to remove the air bubbles. Then fetch a little amount of the batter and drop in the oil, fry until golden brown.
