Ingredients

  • 2medium potatoes
  • 1 cupbesan
  • 1 tbscrushed red chilli
  • Halftbs red chilli powder
  • Pinchcolongy
  • Pinchpowder sugar
  • 1 tspcumin/zeera
  • Halftsp turmeric/haldi
  • to tasteSalt according
  • Pinchajwain
  • Water for making paste
  • Pinchbaking soda

Steps

  1. 1

    First peel potatoes and wash it.

    Slice potatoes and put it aside.

    Add all ingredients in bowl and gradually add water to mix it

    Heat oil deep pan

    Fry them in medium heat oil.
