Peel and wash potatoes,cut it long like in chips,then you drain in a colander and heat pan and add oil when hot sprinkle salt in potato and fry in deep oil until fried. Then drain in a pot.

Cut onions,sweet pepper and red pepper into rings and add one tsp of oil in a pan and half fry it then add maggie to your taste.and mix the irish potato with the sauce.It's done and ready to serve.

If you like you can add,liver, kidney,mince meat to your sauce to add more taste to the fried potato.
