  • Craysfish
  • Palm oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat up a pot and add tsp of of palm oil and allow to heat up

  2. 2

    Add water,grinded cray fish n seasoning cube n allow to boil

  3. 3

    Add ur grated okro,add a little pinch of potash and allow to cook till soft. Then bring down from heat and enjoy it wv fried stew.
