Just under 500ml of double cream
500 gfresh egg tagliatelle (any pasta will do)
2leeks finely cut
4 clovesgarlic chopped
6mushrooms
7 slicesham cut
Nice big chunk of cheese sliced (how ever cheesy you like)

Get pasta on the boil drain and put aside when done

Warm up a big pan with a big knob of butter or margarine then chuck In leeks garlic mushrooms and ham and season. Cook until leeks are tender about 5mins.

Then add cream and cheese stir until cheese has melted.

Now add the pasta give it a good stir and serve with plenty of black pepper :)
