Cabbage and Pineapple Stir Fry

I dedicate this recipe to CABBAGE; the less loved vegetable! Also because I got a great deal on some baby cabbages; the best kind to buy in my opinion.
A very simple stir fry that cooks up quickly too, lunch in 30 minutes! Putting a surprising twist on this stir fry with orange juice, apple cider vinegar and chili powder! Served up with Island Grain brown rice, noodles or as a side dish.
The sweetness of the pineapple compliments the slightly bitter cabbage with the sauce tying it all together.

Heat oil in pan and saute onions and pimentoes for 5 mins.

Add in garlic and ginger, saute for 3 mins.

Add in cabbage and mix well.

Saute cabbage for 10 mins.

Add in pineapple and saute for 5 mins.

Combine orange juice, Apple cider vinegar, honey, chili powder, corn starch and salt. Then add into cabbage and mix well to coat.

Cook for 5 minutes until liquid bubbles and thickens slightly, cabbage is wilted at this point.

Add more salt if necessary.
