Ingredients

  1. 2 cupscooked flaked salmon. deboned
  2. 3/4 cupItalian bread crumbs
  3. 1/4 cupmayonnaise
  4. 1xl egg
  5. 1 cupflour
  6. 1 tsppaprika
  7. 1 tspMrs dash seasoning
  8. 1 tbslemon pepper
  9. toppings
  10. 2-3burger buns
  11. cheese
  12. lettuce
  13. tomato
  14. tartar sauce
  15. onion

Cooking Instructions

30 mins
  1. 1

    Mix flour and seasonings, set aside

  2. 2

    Flake salmon into a bowl.

  3. 3

    Mix in mayo, bread crumbs, and egg. Stir in well

  4. 4

    Form into patties. Dredge well in flour on both sides. Let sit for five minutes.

  5. 5

    Heat oil to cover the bottom of a large skillet. When hot fry on both sides until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.

    Toast buns. Add desired toppings and condiments. Eat and enjoy

cooking is a passion of mine. I started when I was very young and I had to drag a milk crate around to see over the counter. taught by a career cook (my grandmother ). I have always tried to push the boundaries of conventional cooking. I prefer cooking wild game. when I can get my hands on it, but fish is more readily available for me. I raise and butcher most of the livestock that I use for my conventional recipes. I hope everyone can find a few recipes they like in my list.
