  4. 4 teaspoonred pepper powder
  5. 2 teaspoonsugar

    Wash and peel the mangoes (karie)

    Now chopped into small pieces

    Sprinkle salt and mix well

    Now keep covered for atleast 4 hours then it will leave it's fluid... Squeeze it by hands

    Keep in sunlight for drying for full day

    Now in the fluid obtained from squeezing Katie's mix salt, pepper powder,sugar and heeng

    In this mixture add dried mangoes and mix well

    Transfer in an airtight jar and keep for develop
