Ingredients

  1. 250 gmwhite mutter
  2. 2-3tomatoes
  3. 2big chopped onion
  4. 1green chilli
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. as neededButter
  7. 1 tea spoonjeera
  8. 1.5 tea spoonturmeric powder
  9. 2 tea spoonred chilli powder
  10. 2 tea spoondhaniya powder
  11. 1 tspKasuri methi
  12. Pinchsugar
  13. as neededSev
  14. as neededPomegranate
  15. as neededImli chutney
  16. as neededGreen coriander chutney
  17. 1 tspChat masala
  18. 2small potatoes

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak white mutter overnight

  2. 2

    Boil mutter and potatoes together by adding salt and giving 3-4 whistle on high flame and for 15-20 minutes on low flame

    Mash it completely

    Take kadai put butter, jeera, hing and chopped onion and saute till golden brown

    Add chopped tomatoes and all spices with little water

    As it starts leaving sides put mutter and mix well
