Steps

Wash onions, tatashe, green pepper and spring onions.

Neatly dice spring onions, cut onions into two and cut in rings. Cut 2 tatashe and dice in squares. Cut green pepper and dice in squares and set aside.

Cut plantain in 4 parts and dice neatly.

Remove bones from fish. Ensure all the bones are removed.

Peel back of potatoes. Rise and cook. Add salt to taste. Set aside.

In a blender, cut the remaining 4 tatashe. Add garlic cloves. Blend roughly.

In a frying pan, fry the plantains and set aside.

Reduce the oil to the amount needed. Ensure the oil is not too much. At the end of frying, the oil should not be seen or minimal.

Pour the blended tatashe in medium heat and allow to fry. Add seasoning.

Pour in the fish, and spring onions. Stir.

Add the diced onions, tatashe and green peppers. Stir.

Finally, pour in the plantains. Wow... Yummy
