In a pot, Add whole chicken, pour water until it almost covers the chicken, add seasonings, fresh ginger and garlic, basil leaves & onions. Cook until almost soft.

Strain from the stock and save the stock for other uses.
Mix the kulikuli with spices and red chilli pepper add oil until it almost makes a paste not runny though.

Rub it all over the chicken, add sliced onions and bake in the oven for a minimum of 10-15minutes on low flame.
