Firstly wash the vegetables and keep aside then in pan add oil oil then add Rai curry leaves chopped onion one red chilli then grind masala (grind ginger garlic and onion one tomato rai) and statue for 5 minutes

Then add the veggies and add the Basella alba add salt haldi powder mirchi powder and keep it at High flame until the vegetable is properly cooked lastly add garam masala
