Steps

Peel the yam cut it into pieces,add into pot add salt and boiled the yam

When the yam is soft mashed the boiled yam in masher

Grate the onoin and the scoth bonnet

Add them into the mashed yam Add maggi,salt,curry and your spices

Mixed them well and mould the mashed yam into small balls and coat with flour

Whisk eggs in a bowl add the yam balls into the eggs
- 7
Heat oil and fry the yam balls
- 8
Serve with tea
