Steps
- 1
Wash and chop onion, green chillies and coriander leaves finely.
- 2
Mix this into the multigrain flours. Add salt as per taste
- 3
Add water and make thin sticky batter
- 4
Heat non-stick pan with few drops of oil. Spread the batter with hand.
- 5
Keep a bowl of water handy to wet hand and make spreading the batter easier. Pour little oil on pan from sides to prevent the Thalipeeth from sticking.
