  1. 1/2Lemon thinly sliced
  2. 1/4Cucumber thinly sliced
  3. 1/4 cuppromogrante seeds
  4. 1 tbsphoney
  5. as neededWater
  6. as neededice cubes

    In a large pitcher add all the above ingredients and mix well.

    Now this pitcher keep in the fridge for a few minutes before serving
