Cooking Instructions

In a big bowl take all the ingredients-
boiled & mashed Arbi, boiled & mashed potatoes, Rajgira flour, Sendha Namak,
Red chilli powder to taste, Grated ginger
And finely chopped green chilli - 2
Mix them well and shape up into round cakes like tikki/ cutlets

Keep a nonstick pan on flame
Add 2 tbsp oil/ ghee for shallow frying - 4
When ghee is hot place tikkis and fry both the sides till crispy brown coating is seen
Remove when done

Place them in the serving plate and garnish with both the chutneys generously.

Add some pomegranate kernels and green leaves
Sprinkle chaat masala and enjoy
