Add warm milk to yeast and sugar. Let it ferment for ten minutes. Add salt to flour. Add fermented yeast to flour. Knead dough adding warm milk. Grease a bowl, add oil on dough and rest dough for an hour or until it rise double.

Once the dough is proven knock iut the air. Grate cheese. Cut equal size balls from dough.

Roll rectangle roti out of dough. Join edges and make it boat shape. Cover and let it rise again. Add cheese to the boat.

Give it a milk wash. Bake in pre heated oven for 10-12 minutes at 180. Sprinkle some herbs and spices. Enjoy hot with tea or coffee.
