Chocolate cheese kabab

Firstly wash keema nicely and allow the water to risne off completely. You can risne off water by pressing the keema with your hands.

Now mix all the ingredients of 1st section and allow the keema to marinate for at least 4-5 hrs in refrigerator.

After that take a portion of mixture in your hands, stuff it with cheese cubes as shown in the picture.

Now take silver foil and wrap the kabab in it as shown in the picture. At this step up can freeze extra kabab and reuse it as and when required.

In a heavy bottomed wolk heat oil to deep fry. Make sure the oil is hot enough to fry the kabab. Add kababs and deep fry it on low to medium flame for 10-12 mins by turning the sides. Don't over load kabab in the wolk.

Al last lip smaking chocolate cheese kababs are ready to serve. Serve it hot with mint chutney.
