Steps

Take chocolate chips and butter in a bowl. Melt it in microwave. When chocolate chips are soften add water and mix well.

When the chocolate is melted add cream. Mix well. Take marshmallow. Pierce toothpicks in it.

Dip marshmallow in the melted chocolate. Remove excess chocolate. Coat it with coloured saunf(fennel seeds)

Place foil paper on the plate. Place chocolate dipped saunf covered marshmallows in the plate. Keep it in fridge and let it set.

Chocolate marshmallow is ready to serve.
