Ingredients

  • Halfa cup of chopped pitted olives
  • 3and a Half cups of bread flour
  • 13 ozTap Warm water
  • 1and a quarter teaspoons of yeast
  • 1and half teaspoons of salt
  • Olive oil
  • 1dutch oven or skillet
  • bowlLarge mixing

Steps

  1. 1

    Add yeast and warm water to a warm mixing bowl. Then add salt and stir

  2. 2

    Add flour and stir in a circular direction. Lastly adding olives.

    Set in warm covered non draft environment for 1 and a half hours at least

  4. 4

    Re-stir and degas add some flour to lessen stickiness and put into a warm Dutch oven. I lined the bottom with olive oil to prevent it sticking

    Heat in preheated oven on 205 c for 40 minutes check 20 minutes through and adjust if needed
