Crisp olive bread
A first bread experiment which had excellent results
Steps

Add yeast and warm water to a warm mixing bowl. Then add salt and stir

Add flour and stir in a circular direction. Lastly adding olives.

Set in warm covered non draft environment for 1 and a half hours at least
- 4
Re-stir and degas add some flour to lessen stickiness and put into a warm Dutch oven. I lined the bottom with olive oil to prevent it sticking

Heat in preheated oven on 205 c for 40 minutes check 20 minutes through and adjust if needed
