Steps

Add oil in a pan roast aloo and gobi till it becomes slightly brown. And take it aside.

In the same pan add oil jeera onion green chillies. Now add all the masala.

Add tomato and cook till it becomes soft. To that now add matar and cook for 5 mins.

Add the roast aloo and gobi to the masala and cook for 10-12 mins. Add garam masala and garnish with coriander leaves.
