Street style cheese burger
Steps

Heat butter in a pan.

Add onion & garlic. Saute till onion turns light brown.

Add capsicum & cook for 2 minutes.

Add tomato & cook till they become soft and mushy.

Add salt, chaat masala & Schezwan sauce. Mix well.

Add paneer & cook for a minute.

Spread cheese slice & coriander.

Mix & keep aside.

Take a burger bun. Slit 3/4 th in the centre.

Fill 2-3 tbsp of prepared filling.

Heat some butter on a tawa or flat pan.

Quickly add pinch of chaat masala, schezwan sauce, coriander leaves & cheese. Mix.

Coat all the sides of burger bun. Roast upside down. Serve hot burger!
