Combine the dry ingredients and mix with water. Add the mchicha vegetable and mix well.

In a deep frying pan, heat well your oil. Put the potatoes in the flour mix, cover them well and start dropping them in the oil in a low heat. Keep turning them to cook them well and get the colour and chrunchy coat of your choice.

This will take a minimum of 3 to 5 minutes then remove. Do the same to the remaining ones. Set them to cool abit and serve with a sauce and beverage of your choice.
