I saw a post on reddit talking about these, had to try them out. Soft boiled eggs wrapped in italian sausage, breaded and fried. This is not an easy recipe to make, I went through six eggs before I had two that came out nicely done, so I put as many photos in as I could.

This is a little time consuming dish but end result is delicious . I made a spinach gravy or you can also make any kind of base or just eat it that way it taste too good and can be used as Starters .I used Minced chicken you can use any meat .#mycookbook
