Place dates into blender and chop up until sticky "dough" forms.

Then combine all of the dry ingredients into a blender. Then add dates to this mixture.

Once this dough is formed make teaspoon size balls and place onto baking dish lined with parchment paper. Place in the freezer.

While the balls chill set up a double boiler and add chocolate chips with coconut oil and almond milk. When half of the chocolate is melted take off the beat and stir until smooth.

Take balls out of freezer and dip them into chocolate. In a dish place coconut flakes and then mix balls with the coconut. Set back into freezer to chill and set.
