Finely chop the dry fruits separately.

Dry roast the chopped dry fruits one after the other.

Heat a frying pan. Add a tbsp of ghee and khus khus to it and roast in low flame.

Add all the roasted dry fruits in the pan and give it a quick stir.

Make a coarse paste of dates and add it to the dry fruits and mix well.

Let the dates-dryfruits mixture cool down.

After cooling down take the required amount of the mixture and roll it into a cylindrical roll and wrap it in a aluminium foil and refrigerate it for atleast two hours.

Take out from the refrigerator and cut it into 1/2 inch thickness.

Serve it.
