Ek mixing bowl me besan,chawal ka ata,barik kate hue pudina,dhaniya ko sare masalo ke sath namak aur pani dal ke mix karenge. Ek smooth paste banayenge. Ab isme small size ke baingan ko round shape me cut krke achi tarah se dip krenge. 5 min rkhenge,jisse sare masale baingan me achi tarah mix ho jaye.

Ek kadhai me tel garam karke,ek ek karke baingan ko deep fry krenge. Swadisht bingan pudina aur chawal ke bane pakode taiyar. Ise hari ya lal chutney ke sath serve kre.
