Ingredients

  1. 2 1/2 cupswater
  2. 1 tsp grated ginger
  3. 1 tbsp chopped lemongrass
  4. 1 tbsp chopped pudina(mint leaves)
  5. 2 tbsphoney
  6. 1Lemon juice

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Add lemongrass, ginger& pudina in water and boil till water reduces 2 cups. Turn off gas and add lemon juice and honey.

  2. 2

    Lemongrass Ginger tea is ready to serve. Strain tea in serving cup, garnish with lemon slices, pudina & lemon grass.
