Ingredients

  1. 400 gm Paneer
  2. as neededSliced coloured capsicum
  3. 2onion's rings
  4. 2 tbspcashew almond paste
  5. 2 table spoonginger garlic paste
  6. 2 tbsp cream
  7. 2 teaspoonblack pepper powder
  8. 2 table spoonhung curd
  9. to tasteSalt
  10. as neededButter

Cooking Instructions

    Take paneer cubes in a bowl

  2. 2

    Add sliced capsicum and onion rings into it.

  3. 3

    Add cashew almond paste, hung curd, cream, black pepper powder, ginger garlic paste and salt.

    Stay two hours for marinade.

  5. 5

    Stick all marinaded cubes, sliced capsicum and onion rings into BBQ sticks.

  6. 6

    Ignite charcoal oven.

  7. 7

    Put all BBQ sticks over oven and barbequ. Brush butter as needed.

    Paneer malai tikka is ready to serve.
