100 gsprouted moong
1Onion
1Tomato
1Cucumber
2green chillies
1/ 4 th cup Spring onion
1/4 th cup coriander leaves
1/4 th tsp salt
1/4 th tspchaat masala
1/4 th tsp black salt
1/4 th tsp amchur powder
1 tsplemon juice
1/2 cupwater

Soaked overnight, sprouted moong and boiled for 1 whistle in a pressure cooker with water.

Finely chopped all veggies..

In a bowl mix all the ingredients...
4

Take it out in a serving bowl and it is ready to serve...
