Ingredients

1 cupcooked chickpeas (about 165 grams)
1 tablespoontahini
1/2 cuplemon juice (about 120 ml)
1 clovegarlic
Salt to taste

Steps

Set aside a few chickpeas for garnish, then place the rest in a food processor with the tahini and lemon juice. Blend until very smooth.

Add salt to taste.

Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with the reserved chickpeas as desired.
