Ingredients

  • 1 cupcooked chickpeas (about 165 grams)
  • 1 tablespoontahini
  • 1/2 cuplemon juice (about 120 ml)
  • 1 clovegarlic
  • Salt to taste

Steps

  1. 1

    Set aside a few chickpeas for garnish, then place the rest in a food processor with the tahini and lemon juice. Blend until very smooth.

  2. 2

    Add salt to taste.

  3. 3

    Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with the reserved chickpeas as desired.
